Italians are great cooks and they know the best food comes from the freshest ingredients. Everyone here seems to have their own little garden. The owner of our home brings us fresh eggs and fruits & vegetables picked that day from her garden. I also go down to the little markets and pick up the staples we need; coffee, wine, focaccia bread and of course…….
