Sunrise in St Thomas

St Thomas is about 25 miles across and has a population of about 50,000.  90% are locals and 10% are expats mainly from the US.  Unfortunately 22% of the locals live below the poverty line.  From the looks of the yachts and some of the homes in the mountains many of the expats are doing quite well.
