There are two smaller islands next to St. Thomas (at the top of this picture) that the locals call “pedophile island” because they were owned by Jeff Epstein. The judge for his estate has stopped any construction or changes while his estate is being sorted out. There estimated value is $86,000,000. Personally, I think all proceeds from a sales of these islands should go to the prevention of human sex trafficking.
